This is a highly visible role in Vimachem’s Engineering team that will ensure high quality software deliverables that meet the specifications and requirements of Vimachem’s Platform.\nThis is your chance to showcase your skills in the areas of testing and gain experience in cutting-edge technologies.\nJoin our team and help turn requirements into accomplishments that drive change!\nWhat will you do as a Software QA Engineer?\nPerform both manual and automated testing, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and high-quality standards for our SaaS solution. \nEngage closely with other team members from the development and product teams to ensure we deliver value to our customers. Collaborate with fellow testers and software engineers to enhance the technical evolution of our product and refine development practices.\nReview software bug reports and identify areas of concern, ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained.\nWork with other distributed teams to drive the future of our product.\nStay abreast of the latest industry trends, so you can help drive technical and process improvements.\nThe main qualifications for this Software QA Engineer role are:\nA bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Information Systems.\n2+ years of professional experience in Software Testing / Test Automation.\nExperience in Software Quality and how it can be improved.\nInterest in developing your test automation skills; previous exposure to Playwright, Selenium, Cypress or similar tools is a plus.\nKnowledge of the approved test automation frameworks in a fast-paced agile environment.\nEnthusiasm for Cloud Architecture, and the discernment of selecting the most suitable architecture for each project.\nAbility to find issues (bugs) and describe them in detail with all the required technical information.\nImproving testing practices and processes is just part of your day.\nFamiliarity with UI testing and API testing on RESTful Services (.NET).\nGood understanding of .NET, C#, Typescript or any other Object-OrientTypeScript,ming language.\nWhat will help you succeed in this role?\nStrong ownership - taking responsibility for your testing activities and following issues through to resolution. \nCuriosity - asking questions and digging deeper when requirements or expected behavior are unclear. \nAttention to detail - identifying issues, inconsistencies and edge cases that may otherwise be missed. \nClear communication & collaboration - working effectively with QA, Product and Engineering and communicating issues constructively. \nLearning mindset - being motivated to continuously develop your QA skills, particularly in test automation.\nAt Vimachem, we know that even exceptional candidates sometimes hesitate to apply.
