The role is responsible for ensuring agreed brand strategies are executed effectively in market, marketing investment is optimised, and portfolio performance is delivered in line with annual business objectives. The Brand Manager will embed themselves within the Corby business, building strong relationships across Marketing, Commercial and Leadership teams to ensure Vinarchy brands receive the focus, investment and execution required to drive sustainable growth.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and execute annual marketing plans for the Canadian portfolio.\nBuild strong working relationships with Corby Marketing, Commercial and Leadership teams.\nManage A&P investment and ensure delivery against agreed priorities.\nDeliver the Canada Marketing Scorecard and monitor brand performance.\nCoordinate local campaign execution and activation programmes.\nEnsure all activity adheres to global brand strategy and governance.\nManage local agencies and external partners where required.\nIdentify optimisation opportunities based on market performance and consumer insights.\nSupport innovation launches and portfolio development in partnership with Global Brand and Innovation teams.\nProvide regular performance reporting and recommendations to the Americas Marketing Leadership Team.\nKey Requirements:\n5-8 years' experience in Brand Management or Customer Marketing within FMCG or Beverage.\nExperience working closely with distributors or commercial partners.\nStrong understanding of annual brand planning, marketing investment and budget management.\nExcellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.\nCommercial mindset with the ability to balance brand building and business performance.\nExperience managing agencies and cross-functional projects.\nStrong analytical capability with experience using performance data to optimise marketing investment.\nSelf-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.\nWhy Join Us?\nJoining Vinarchy means becoming part of a newly formed global wine company with bold ambitions to redefine wine and drive meaningful growth across the industry.
