You’ll provide trusted, commercially focused advice across the employee lifecycle while helping leaders build connected, high-performing teams. With exposure to workforce planning, talent, performance, organisational change and complex employee relations, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact across our ANZ commercial business.\nThis role also partners closely with our Brand Homes (Cellar Door) leaders across Australia, supporting workforce planning, casual recruitment, seasonal resourcing and team capability. You'll help ensure our customer-facing teams have the right people, in the right place, at the right time to deliver exceptional brand and visitor experiences.\nKey Responsibilities Include:\nBuild trusted partnerships with commercial leaders and people managers, developing a strong understanding of their business, customers and workforce priorities.\nPartner with Cellar Door and Brand Homes leaders on workforce planning, casual recruitment, seasonal resourcing and capability initiatives to ensure teams are set up to deliver exceptional customer experiences.\nTranslate commercial priorities into practical people plans, identifying workforce opportunities, risks and actions.\nCoach and support leaders across performance, talent, succession, engagement, capability and team effectiveness.\nLead employee and industrial relations matters, including performance, conduct, grievances, absence, consultation and disputes.\nSupport organisational design and change initiatives, helping leaders embed clear structures, accountabilities and ways of working.\nUse people data and insights to identify trends, strengthen decision-making and improve business and employee outcomes.\nPartner with Finance and Talent Acquisition on workforce planning, recruitment, position management and budget considerations.\nContribute to broader People & Performance initiatives and help create a consistent, connected One Vinarchy employee experience\nWhat You'll Bring:\nExperience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor within a complex environment.\nExperience supporting operational, retail, hospitality, tourism, visitor experience or customer-facing workforces, will be highly regarded.\nStrong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, modern awards, enterprise agreements and employee relations practices.\nDemonstrated experience managing complex employee matters with sound judgement, care and commercial awareness.\nThe confidence to coach, influence and constructively challenge leaders and people managers.\nStrong commercial acumen and the ability to connect people priorities with customer, financial and business outcomes.\nThe ability to interpret people data, identify meaningful insights and turn them into practical action.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation and case management skills.\nA tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline. \nExperience in a global or matrixed organisation and familiarity with SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS will be highly regarded.\nWhy Join Us?\nVinarchy is a home for passionate people to do their very best work.
