As the Senior HR Business Partner you will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leaders across our state-of-the-art operations business. Based in Berri, this role provides commercially focused people leadership that supports business performance, workforce capability and culture outcomes.\nManaging a small HR team, you will support the delivery of people initiatives that build engagement, strengthen leadership capability and support business outcomes across workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and remuneration and benefits.\nYour Key Accountabilities\nPartner with leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned to business objectives\nProvide expert advice on employee relations, industrial relations and employment legislation\nLead complex employee matters including performance, conduct, grievance and workplace investigations\nSupport enterprise agreement interpretation, consultation processes and union engagement\nDrive organisational design, workforce planning and change management initiatives\nCoach and develop leaders to enhance capability, performance and employee engagement\nUse people data and insights to identify trends and recommend business improvements\nContribute to HR projects, policy development and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation\nWhat You'll Bring\nSignificant HR generalist experience in a complex operational, manufacturing or industrial environment\nStrong knowledge of employee relations, industrial relations and Australian employment legislation\nExperience managing complex workplace matters and supporting organisational change\nDemonstrated ability to influence, coach and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders\nStrong commercial acumen and ability to translate people insights into practical outcomes\nEffective negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills\nExperience working with HR systems and people reporting tools\nTertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employment Relations or a related discipline\nWhy Join Us? \nVinarchy is a home for passionate people to do their very best work.
