You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to strengthen data accuracy, enhance material availability, and optimise end-to-end supply chain performance.\nThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and values strong collaboration across teams. The position is full-time and based in Adelaide CBD, and after successful completion of probationary period, has the flexibility to work 2 days from home.\nKey Responsibilities\nReview and manage MRP outputs to support accurate material planning, timely order releases, and alignment with production schedules, inventory targets, and procurement parameters.\nMonitor open orders and production requirements, proactively working with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage changes, mitigate risks, and address potential shortages or delays to ensure continuity of supply.\nMaintain accurate inventory records and analyse consumption trends to optimise safety stock levels, reorder points, and batch sizes, while identifying and addressing risks of stockouts, excess inventory, or obsolescence.\nInvestigate inventory discrepancies, coordinate stock transfers, and support data integrity through root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.\nSupport supplier performance reviews and manage supplier-related credits, returns, and discrepancies in collaboration with Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse teams.\nWhat You Will Bring\nStrong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy\nAdvanced Excel skills\nSolid understanding of ERP/MRP systems\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to manage competing priorities and work to tight timelines\nProblem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to continuous improvement\nA collaborative, positive team attitude\nAt least 3 years previous experience in a planning / purchasing role in a FMCG environment.\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Vinarchy we offer a competitive rewards package and the opportunity to work with a world-class team.
