You'll provide technical accounting leadership, ensure strong financial governance and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting across the Group.\nThis 11-month parental leave contract is a great opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within a global business. Leading a team of five experienced finance professionals, you'll play an important role in supporting the team, partnering with senior stakeholders and ensuring the smooth delivery of financial reporting, governance and audit activities.\nJoining an established and capable team, you'll have the support needed to make an immediate impact while gaining exposure to a complex international business.\nKey Accountabilities Include:\nLead month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes and financial reporting activities.\nOversee annual financial statements, consolidations and compliance reporting.\nProvide technical accounting guidance across complex accounting matters.\nSupport audit, board and shareholder reporting requirements.\nDrive strong financial governance, controls and balance sheet integrity.\nLead, coach and develop a team of five while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.\nWhat You'll Bring:\nYou'll be CA or CPA qualified with significant experience across corporate accounting, audit or advisory environments. You will have a strong grounding in financial reporting, governance, audit management and technical accounting, along with previous experience leading teams in a complex organisation.\nWe're looking for a people-first leader who can build strong relationships, provide clear direction and work effectively with stakeholders across the business.
