This role will be instrumental in driving process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.\nJob Responsibilities:\nFinancial Management & Reporting: \nManage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and payroll.\nOversee month-end closing procedures, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.\nAnalyze and review financial data, including cash flow, liquidity, and profitability.\nPrepare and submit timely financial reports to regional and corporate offices, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.\nResponsible for preparing half-year and annual corporate income tax submissions with BOI promotion calculations\nManage the budgeting process, including forecasting, variance analysis, and budget performance monitoring.\nRegulatory Compliance: \nEnsure compliance with all applicable accounting standards (Thai and international), tax regulations, and other relevant laws (e.g., BOI regulations).\nPrepare and submit regulatory reports to relevant authorities (e.g., Revenue Department, DBD, BOI).\nMaintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.\nOperational Excellence: \nContinuously improve accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.\nCollaborate with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to analyze project profitability and develop cost models.\nSupport the development and implementation of new accounting systems and technologies.\nTeam Leadership & Development: \nLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team.\nProvide ongoing training and coaching to team members.\nFoster a positive and collaborative work environment.\nQualifications:\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.\nCertifications: Having professional accounting licenses/certifications such as CPD license is highly desirable.\nExperience: \nMinimum 5 years of experience in an accounting management role.\nProven experience working under Board of Investment (BOI) regulations and setup BOI accounting and reporting.\nHave working experience with service industry would be advantage\nSkills: \nGood in computer skill, especially advance/strong excel skills and knowledge of power BI is advantageous\nProficiency in accounting software such as ERP systems AX, Oracle, SAP.\nGood communication skills in English.\nAble to work in multinational environment.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. \nGood Interpersonal and presentation skills.\nStrong understanding of Thai and international accounting
