the accounts payable team with various administrative tasks and its financial reporting support to GROUP and external auditors for all Legal Entities in Thailand (currently 6).\nJob Description\nManage and maintains records of Cashier, Disbursement, Accounts Payable, Fixed Asset, General Ledger and Payments.\nEfficiently process and pay all supplier invoices and maintain accurate records for Thai and overseas entities.\nPrepare Bank reconciliation in the weekly basis.\nPreparation of VAT and withholding tax reports.\nMaintain fixed asset books, manage the depreciation period and policy.\nReceiving, matching, and verifying the accuracy of vendor invoices with purchase order to ensure proper documentation and compliance.\nPrepare the monthly tax submissions (PND.3, PND.53, PND.54, PP.30, PP.36) on a timely basis.\nCommunicating with vendors and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices following the company's requirements.\nAssist with monthly and annual audit support as well as annual budget process.\nCoordinating with the payment team to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments.\nAssisting with month-end closing activities, including accounts payable reconciliation.\nOther tasks assigned by supervisor.\nQualification:\nBachelors Degree in Accounting.\n2-3 year experiences in accounting, tax compliance, accounting reconciliation / variance analysis.\nGood command in English written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with management, team members and cross-functional teams.\nActive personality with strong communication skills, logical thinking and responsibility.\nVery analytical and detail oriented.\nSelf-motivated team player, with ability to work independently and willingness
