This includes examining risks, potential, and estimating the partners' needs and goals.\nSuccessfully close new business deals by coordinating all requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating the contract specifications into business operations.\nProtect the organization's integrity and value by strictly keeping all information confidential.\nProactively enhance job knowledge through participation in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and engaging with professional organizations.\nEnhance the organization's reputation by accepting ownership of new requests and exploring opportunities to add measurable value.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Economy, Civil/Building Engineering, or a related major.\nA minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably as a marketing manager/staff or a related role focused on international businesses.\nStrong command of both oral and written English is mandatory.\nExcellent computer skills, comfortable using a wide range of software commonly utilized in the construction industry.\nHighly organized with strong time management skills.
