The company currently operates the L53 onshore petroleum concession with producing assets in Nakhon Pathom and Suphan Buri Provinces and is preparing for the development of a new petroleum concession project.\nThe successful candidate will initially be employed on a 2-3 year contract, with the opportunity to become a permanent employee based on project progress and commercial production.\nPosition Summary\nThe EIA & Government Coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance with Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) requirements and applicable regulatory obligations while serving as the primary liaison between the company, government agencies, consultants, and local communities. This role supports environmental compliance, government relations, public participation activities, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) initiatives to ensure smooth project execution and regulatory compliance.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnvironmental Compliance & EIA\nReview Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), compliance audit, and environmental monitoring reports.\nMaintain and update the company's EIA database and environmental documentation.\nPrepare amendment reports, submission letters, and supporting documentation for submission to relevant government authorities.\nDevelop, plan, and coordinate EIA compliance audit and environmental monitoring programs.\nIdentify opportunities for EIA improvements and recommend corrective or preventive actions.\nEnsure compliance with all environmental permits, approvals, and regulatory requirements.\nGovernment & Regulatory Coordination\nCoordinate and maintain effective working relationships with local, provincial, and national government authorities, including the Department of Mineral Fuels (DMF) and other relevant agencies.\nPrepare and submit regulatory correspondence and reports required by government authorities.\nMonitor regulatory changes and ensure timely compliance with applicable laws and permit conditions.\nCoordinate with environmental consultants regarding EIA studies, bidding processes, proposal evaluations, and contract administration.\nCommunity & Public Relations\nPlan, organize, and coordinate community engagement and public participation activities.\nRepresent the company at public participation meetings and stakeholder consultations.\nOrganize field public roadshows and community outreach programs for local villagers and stakeholders.\nManage and support the company's community relations and corporate public relations activities.\nHSE Support\nProvide operational Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) support for office operations and the Kamphaeng Saen field base.\nSupport environmental and HSE initiatives to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Natural Resources Management, Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), environmental compliance, government relations, community relations, or public relations.\nExperience in the Oil & Gas Exploration & Production (E&P) industry is required.\nStrong knowledge of Thailand's environmental regulations and EIA processes.\nExperience coordinating with government authorities, consultants, and local communities.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong planning, organizational, and project coordination abilities.\nGood command of both Thai and English, with strong report writing and documentation skills.\nProficient in
