The successful candidate will play a key role in reservoir characterization, seismic interpretation, prospect evaluation, field development planning, and well planning activities, working closely with multidisciplinary subsurface and asset teams.\nThis position is ideal for candidates with strong experience in development geology, hydrocarbon exploration, reservoir characterization, and seismic interpretation within the Oil & Gas industry.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelopment Geology & Reservoir Characterization\nInterpret geological and subsurface data to support reservoir modeling and field development activities.\nDevelop and maintain reservoir maps, geological models, and subsurface evaluations.\nAnalyze well data, geological correlations, and reservoir properties to optimize field performance.\nSupport reservoir characterization studies and resource assessments.\nSeismic Interpretation & Prospect Evaluation\nPerform seismic interpretation to identify exploration and development opportunities.\nGenerate, evaluate, and mature leads and prospects for drilling and field development.\nConduct volumetric assessments and contribute to reserves and resources evaluations.\nAssess geological risks and support prospect ranking and portfolio management.\nWell Planning & Operations Support\nContribute geological input to well planning, development drilling, and appraisal activities.\nCollaborate with geophysicists, reservoir engineers, and drilling teams to support well delivery.\nMonitor drilling activities and provide geological recommendations during operations.\nSupport well intervention, workover, and infill drilling opportunities.\nField Development & Business Planning\nProvide geological support for field development planning and reservoir management strategies.\nContribute technical inputs to annual business plans, production forecasts, and development projects.\nSupport economic evaluations and development opportunity assessments.\nAssist in identifying opportunities to increase reserves and improve hydrocarbon recovery.\nContinuous Improvement & Innovation\nStay updated on industry technologies and best practices in geology, seismic interpretation, and reservoir characterization.\nRecommend new approaches and technologies to enhance subsurface understanding and asset value.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Geology, Geophysics, or a related discipline.\nAdvanced degree is preferred.\nExperience\n8-12 years of experience in hydrocarbon exploration, appraisal, and field development within the Oil & Gas industry.\nStrong experience in development geology and reservoir characterization.\nProven experience in:Seismic Interpretation\nProspect Generation\nReserve and Resource Assessment\nWell Planning\nField Development Studies\n\nExperience working within multidisciplinary asset teams is highly desirable.\nTechnical Competencies\nStrong understanding of geological, geophysical, and interdisciplinary geoscience principles.\nExperience integrating geological, geophysical, and reservoir data to support development decisions.\nAbility to perform subsurface evaluations and identify drilling opportunities.\nStrong analytical, interpretation, visualization, and problem-solving skills.\nLanguage Skills\nStrong verbal and written
