The successful candidate will be responsible for reservoir performance evaluation, production optimization, forecasting, reserves management, simulation modeling, and field development planning.\nThis position is ideal for professionals with extensive hands-on experience in oil reservoir management and simulation who are looking to contribute to multi-disciplinary asset teams and drive production growth and recovery optimization.\nKey Responsibilities\nReservoir Performance & Production Optimization\nMonitor and analyze field, platform, and well production performance.\nIdentify production opportunities and recommend strategies to optimize recovery and production efficiency.\nPerform well performance analysis and modeling using industry-standard software.\nEvaluate reservoir productivity and diagnose performance issues.\nSupport water injection and disposal management activities.\nParticipate in production enhancement and facility debottlenecking initiatives.\nReservoir Engineering & Simulation\nBuild, maintain, and update reservoir simulation models.\nConduct reservoir studies to support field development planning and reservoir management strategies.\nAnalyze reservoir behavior and production trends to improve forecasting accuracy.\nDevelop reservoir depletion and recovery plans.\nPerform reserves estimation and production forecasting using relevant engineering methodologies and software.\nWell Planning & Development Support\nProvide engineering support for well interventions, workovers, recompletions, and infill drilling opportunities.\nSupport drilling and completion planning activities, including reservoir evaluation programs.\nCollaborate with drilling, production, and subsurface teams to maximize asset value.\nContribute to completion design reviews and well integrity management activities.\nBusiness Planning & Economic Evaluation\nSupport annual business planning and production forecasting processes.\nPrepare CAPEX/OPEX estimates and perform variance analysis.\nConduct economic evaluations of development opportunities and well projects.\nProvide technical inputs for reserves reporting and asset planning activities.\nContinuous Improvement & Technology Adoption\nStay current with emerging technologies and best practices in reservoir engineering and production optimization.\nIdentify opportunities to increase reserves, improve recovery factors, and accelerate production.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Reservoir Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.\nMaster's Degree in Reservoir Engineering is an advantage.\nExperience\n10-15+ years of Reservoir Engineering and/or Petroleum Engineering experience within the Oil & Gas industry.\nMinimum 3-5 years of hands-on Reservoir Simulation experience.\nProven experience in oil reservoir modeling and field development studies.\nInternational experience, particularly within the Asia-Pacific region, is highly desirable.\nQualified Reservoir Engineer (QRE) status is preferred.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong reservoir engineering fundamentals and subsurface evaluation capabilities.\nExperience with:Petrel RE\nEclipse E100/E300\nMBAL\nProsper\nGAP\nPVTP\nOFM\nPEEP\n\nExperience in reserves estimation, production forecasting, and reservoir performance management.\nKnowledge of integrated asset development and production optimization.\nLanguage Skills\nStrong communication skills in both Thai and English (spoken and written).\nIdeal Candidate
