The role involves supplier coordination, purchasing, inventory control, logistics support, and maintaining accurate inventory records while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcurement\nSource, evaluate, and select suppliers based on pricing, quality, service, reliability, and delivery performance.\nPrepare, issue, and process purchase orders in accordance with company procurement policies and procedures.\nNegotiate pricing, commercial terms, contracts, and delivery schedules with suppliers.\nMonitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, pricing, or service.\nCoordinate with internal departments to ensure procurement activities meet operational requirements.\nMaintain accurate procurement records and documentation.\nInventory Management\nMonitor inventory levels and identify optimal stock levels to support operational requirements.\nForecast future inventory requirements and coordinate replenishment activities.\nEnsure inventory transactions are accurately recorded in both physical and financial systems.\nCoordinate inventory counting, equipment and material tracking, and inventory audit activities.\nMonitor the movement of equipment and materials between warehouses and field locations.\nEnsure used inventory and returned materials are properly managed and accounted for.\nLogistics & Operational Support\nArrange transportation and logistics for equipment and materials to support field operations.\nCoordinate with vendors, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement and inventory efficiency.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.\n 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, buyer, inventory control, or supply chain management.\nExperience in the Oil & Gas industry is an advantage.\nGood understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations.\nStrong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nGood analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications;
