This role will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, managing purchasing documentation, tracking deliveries, and ensuring materials and equipment are available according to project requirements.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProcurement\nSupport purchasing activities for ICT materials and equipment.\nPrepare and process procurement documents including PR, PO, quotations, and related records.\nCoordinate with suppliers on orders, deliveries, and required documentation.\nConduct basic price comparisons and maintain supplier databases.\nLogistics & Coordination\nCoordinate transportation and delivery of materials and equipment to project sites.\nMonitor shipment status and update project teams on delivery progress.\nAssist in resolving routine logistics and delivery issues.\nEnsure timely material availability to support project execution.\nInventory Management\nMaintain accurate inventory records for ICT equipment and materials.\nMonitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.\nSupport stock counts, inventory verification, labeling, and storage organization.\nDocumentation & Reporting\nMaintain procurement, logistics, and inventory documentation, including PO, invoices, and delivery records.\nSupport cost tracking and ensure documentation readiness for finance and audit purposes.\nPrepare procurement and inventory reports as assigned.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.\n1-3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, experience in the telecommunications or administrative support.\nFresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.\nBasic understanding of procurement processes and documentation (PR, PO, invoices).\nGood command of Thai and English, both written and spoken.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP/Procurement systems (experience with Odoo is an
