Propose and implement cost-effective methods and equipment to reduce OPEX and maximize output.\nField Support & Technical Advisory\nSite Engagement: Conduct regular site visits to provide hands-on support, enforce operational standards, and promptly resolve field requests and issues.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key technical advisor to Production Engineering, Drilling/HWO, and Brownfield teams, ensuring the implementation of optimal solutions.\n Reporting & Communication: Prepare and submit regular production reports (deferred activity, process loss) to support timely and accurate production planning. Effectively communicate key updates and information across the field and management teams.\nSafety, Compliance & Risk Management\n HSSE Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) policies (e.g., spill prevention, fire safety) in alignment with Company and International Standards.\nRisk Mitigation: Actively manage all operational risks to an As Low As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP) level.\nRegulatory Support: Provide technical input to the HSSE and Public Affairs teams for required reports and immediate troubleshooting.\nSpecial Projects & Shutdown Management\nProject Feasibility: Support feasibility studies for identified production proposals, with a focus on thorough cost-benefit analysis.\nProject Leadership: Lead the field trial execution for special projects as required.\nShutdown Coordination: Serve as a Shutdown Coordinator, providing essential support to the Operations Manager during planned outages.\nWho You Are: Qualifications & Experience\nKnowledge & Qualifications\n Education: Relevant degree in Engineering (e.g., Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical) is highly preferred.\nExperience: Minimum of 10 years of experience within the Oil and Gas environment, demonstrating the ability to fulfill the diverse aspects of this key position.\n Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of well management, chemical management, process equipment (including rotating equipment), flow assurance, shutdown management, control & automation, and ICSS.\nSkills & Attributes\nLeadership: Proven leadership qualities and ability to lead and develop a team and individuals.\nMindset: Agile and growth mindset; flexible and adaptable in a dynamic operational environment.\nProject Management: Proven skills in project management, planning, and prioritizing work tasks.\nProblem Solving: Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.\nFinancial Acumen: Effective skills in controlling costs and developing/managing a budget.\nCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
