About the Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage both Contract Staffing and Permanent Recruitment assignments across Energy, Engineering, Technical, and Professional sectors.

This is a hands-on recruitment role in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, with a strong focus on speed, candidate quality, and successful placement. You will take ownership of assigned recruitment requirements from sourcing and candidate assessment through interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding or mobilisation.

The role is ideal for a proactive recruiter who enjoys challenging assignments, works with a strong sense of urgency, and is motivated by delivering results for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for both Contract Staffing and Permanent Recruitment assignments.
  • Source, screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidates across Energy, Engineering, Technical, and Professional disciplines.
  • Proactively identify candidates through direct sourcing, recruitment databases, job platforms, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Assess candidate experience, technical suitability, motivation, salary expectations, availability, and overall fit against client requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews, client feedback, offers, candidate closing, onboarding, and contractor mobilisation as required.
  • Manage multiple active assignments simultaneously, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate networks to support current and future contract staffing and permanent recruitment requirements.
  • Provide market insights on talent availability, salary expectations, and hiring trends.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to drive assignments toward successful placement.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment activities, documentation, and pipeline status while ensuring compliance with recruitment processes and client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a recruitment agency, contract staffing, manpower services, or technical recruitment environment.
  • Experience managing both Contract Staffing and Permanent Recruitment assignments, including sourcing, screening, candidate management, offer negotiation, and placement.
  • Experience recruiting within Energy, Oil & Gas, Engineering, EPC, Construction, Manufacturing, or other technical sectors is highly preferred.
  • Performance-driven, proactive, and commercially minded, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to deliver quality candidates in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with the ability to build talent pipelines, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and drive recruitment processes through to successful placement.
  • Good command of Thai and English, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
