You will take ownership of assigned recruitment requirements from sourcing and candidate assessment through interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding or mobilisation.\nThe role is ideal for a proactive recruiter who enjoys challenging assignments, works with a strong sense of urgency, and is motivated by delivering results for both clients and candidates.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage end-to-end recruitment for both Contract Staffing and Permanent Recruitment assignments.\nSource, screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidates across Energy, Engineering, Technical, and Professional disciplines.\nProactively identify candidates through direct sourcing, recruitment databases, job platforms, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels.\nAssess candidate experience, technical suitability, motivation, salary expectations, availability, and overall fit against client requirements.\nCoordinate interviews, client feedback, offers, candidate closing, onboarding, and contractor mobilisation as required.\nManage multiple active assignments simultaneously, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of quality candidates.\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines and candidate networks to support current and future contract staffing and permanent recruitment requirements.\nProvide market insights on talent availability, salary expectations, and hiring trends.\nCollaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to drive assignments toward successful placement.\nMaintain accurate candidate records, recruitment activities, documentation, and pipeline status while ensuring compliance with recruitment processes and client requirements.\nQualifications\nDegree in any related field.\nMinimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a recruitment agency, contract staffing, manpower services, or technical recruitment environment.\nExperience managing both Contract Staffing and Permanent Recruitment assignments, including sourcing, screening, candidate management, offer negotiation, and placement.\nExperience recruiting within Energy, Oil & Gas, Engineering, EPC, Construction, Manufacturing, or other technical sectors is highly preferred.\nPerformance-driven, proactive, and commercially minded, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to deliver quality candidates in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.\nStrong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with the ability to build talent pipelines, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and drive recruitment processes through to successful placement.\nGood command of Thai and English, with strong communication and stakeholder management
