About the Role

Vinarco is hiring a Sales Director to lead customer Lubricants and Chemicals product. We are looking for a dual-threat leader comfortable navigating both B2B and B2C landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets across B2B and B2C segments
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales professionals to deliver high performance
Identify and develop new business opportunities, including new markets, distributors, and retail channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution
Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic insights to senior leadership
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Stay informed on industry regulations, product innovations, and market dynamics

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
At least 10 years of experience in lubricants or oil & gas sales, with a proven track record in both B2B and B2C environments
Strong communication in both Thai and English.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Deep understanding of the lubricants market, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
Proactive, results-oriented, and passionate about driving growth
Willingness to travel as required
