ensure all procurement activities align with regulatory and safety requirements\nEnsure cost control, schedule adherence, and technical accuracy throughout the procurement process\nSupport strategic sourcing initiatives and contribute to supplier performance improvement.\nQualifications:\nBachelors degree in Chemical Engineering\nMinimum 5 years of procurement experience in industrial, chemical, explosives, petrochemical, or manufacturing environments\nExperience managing procurement for safety-critical or heavily regulated industries\nProven ability in supplier sourcing, bid evaluation, negotiation, and contract management\nFamiliarity with regulatory compliance, quality standards, and documentation requirements for high-risk industrial operations\nStrong commercial acumen with the ability to balance cost, quality, safety, and schedule\nExcellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills\nProficiency in procurement systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office\nGood command of English (written and spoken) is an
