Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Engineer to lead and deliver power engineering projects within the transformer and substation domain. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle-from planning and execution to delivery-ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams by setting clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables, while motivating team members and providing regular feedback.
• Manage end-to-end project execution to meet customer requirements, ensuring compliance with technical, safety, quality, and financial targets.
• Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, budget, schedule, and risk management.
• Monitor project progress and ensure best practices in cost control, resource utilization, risk mitigation, and health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks, including sharing lessons learned and driving continuous improvement.
• Coordinate contract execution, negotiations, and claims with customers, working closely with supply chain and legal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones in line with contractual obligations and organizational standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure full compliance with relevant regulations, company procedures, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Power) or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in project management or project engineering, preferably within power transformers, substations, or LV/MV/HV switchgear industries.
• Proven experience managing project scope, budget, schedule, and subcontractors/vendors.
• Strong technical knowledge of power systems, particularly transformers and utility/industrial market segments.
• Valid Electrical Engineering license (if applicable).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Fluent command of English.
