Contract (Renewal)\nLocation: Bangkok / Central Region of Thailand\nResponsibilities:\nOversee and manage mechanical works for data center construction projects, including HVAC, Sanitary & Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems.\nCoordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure mechanical works are executed according to project specifications, standards, and schedule.\nReview, verify, and approve MEP drawings, shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements related to mechanical systems.\nMonitor site work progress, perform inspections, and ensure construction activities comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and engineering practices.\nEvaluate and verify Mechanical Testing & Commissioning (T&C) reports, ensuring systems operate according to design and performance requirements.\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechanical installations on site.\nPrepare progress reports, technical documentation, and coordinate project meetings as required.\nSupport project handover, documentation, and close-out activities.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.\n5 years of experience in mechanical engineering for building construction projects, including HVAC, Sanitary & Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems.\nMechanical Engineer License.\nStrong background in MEP work at construction sites.\nExperience working on data center or mission-critical facilities (advantage).\nAbility to review and evaluate Mechanical Testing & Commissioning reports.\nProficient in MS Project, MS Office, and AutoCAD.\nGood command of written and spoken English.\nStrong communication, coordination, and problem-solving
