The successful candidate will provide technical consultation, coordinate with internal teams and HQ, and support customers throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-sales to after-sales service.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nTechnical & Tender Support\nReview and manage TOR (Terms of Reference), tender documents, offer sheets, technical specifications, and other related technical documents.\nAnalyze customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.\nEnsure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.\nQuotation & Proposal Support:\nPrepare and coordinate technical and commercial quotations based on customer requirements.\nVerify product specifications, pricing, and technical details before submission.\nSupport tender and bidding activities as required.\nTechnical Customer Support:\nProvide technical consultation and respond to customer inquiries.\nExplain product features, specifications, applications, and technical requirements.\nConduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers when required.\nAfter-Sales Service Support:\nProvide technical support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving after product delivery and installation.\nCoordinate and follow up on after-sales service activities throughout Thailand.\nAssist customers in resolving technical issues effectively and efficiently.\nInternal Coordination:\nWork closely with Sales, Product Management, Service teams, and Headquarters (HQ).\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of products, technical standards, and industry developments.\nSupport project execution and ensure smooth communication among stakeholders.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field.\n2 -
