You will recruit, onboard, train, coach, and retain associates to achieve business goals while ensuring the store consistently reflect Vince's standards for service, presentation, and operations.\nSalary Range\nRange for this role is $90,000 to $105,000 annually plus eligibility for bonus incentive programs\n*Salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, and geographic location*\nWhat You’ll Be Responsible For:\nDrive store sales and productivity performance to consistently meet or exceed goals\nIdentifying opportunities to grow the business by analyzing sales performance, client trends, and local market opportunities \nManage store profitability by effectively overseeing controllable expenses, including payroll, supplies, and shrinkage\nDevelop and implement effective clienteling strategies to build long-term client loyalty\nEstablish clear goals and expectations and communicate key metrics that drive success across the store\nDrive recruitment initiatives within the store to attract, identify, and develop strong talent aligned with the needs of the business\nProvide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development to support individual and team performance\nConduct regular performance conversations, monitor progress toward goals, and address performance concerns in accordance with company guidelines\nManage team schedules the ensure appropriate staffing and floor coverage based on business needs, traffic, and sales opportunities. \nOversee daily store operations, including paperwork reconciliation, inventory management, and other business needs\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nOwnership & Accountability \nEmotional Intelligence\nProblem Solver \nPeople Management\nQualifications/Experience We’re Looking For:\n3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury or contemporary retail environment\nFull understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising and store operations\nComputer skills to include operation of retail point of sale system, Word, Excel and email\nMust be able to lift, carry or otherwise move objects weighing up to 15 pounds when merchandising the sales floor and use ladders or stairs \nStrong leadership critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Delegate responsibility and work to the staff.\nDemonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills allowing for communication of the company’s goals and objectives\nA positive, outgoing, high-energy personality that is entrepreneurial, who is sales focused and takes full ownership of the store’s business at all levels \nA mentor and leader to staff and peers.
