This role requires strong technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure reliable and efficient business operations.\n What You Will Do on a Daily Basis\n Monitor and maintain the Application at the scope ensuring high availability and performance.\nActively collaborate in incident management, problem resolution.\nEnsure the implementation and compliance of ITIL Governance within IT Production (SLAs).\nExecute change requests and deployments following ITIL & DevOps tools and processes.\nProactively identify and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth business operations.\nServe as a point of contact for the Development team, troubleshooting issues and coordinating fixes.\nWork closely with Scrum teams to design, deploy, and enhance systems.\nImplement upgrades, patches, and new functionalities while ensuring minimal impact on users.\nMaintain and update technical documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.\nShare best practices and knowledge with the global support team to improve efficiency.\nImplement and optmize monitoring tools within produciton environment (Dynatrace).\nCollaborate with development and other relevant stakeholders to define effective observability and monitoring practices.\nAct as a promoter for awareness of observability aiming the early detection and resolution of potential issues.\nYour Key Skills\n Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nHigh attention to detail with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset.\nYour Main Qualifications\n +5 years of professional experience in similar roles.\nExperience with API, Application Servers and Kubernets (RedHat Jboss EAP 6.4 & 7.0, OpenShift, API Gateway).\nStrong understanding of RHEL Linux OS.\nKnowledge of Dynatrace and other monitoring tools (ELK).\nExperience with CI/CD setup and optmization (GITLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Nexus Sonatype).\nKnowledge of relational DBs (MSSQL Server, Postgre).\nExposure to cloud environments support.\nFluency in both Portuguese and English (written & spoken).\nWhat We Are Looking For\n We are looking for a senior Application Support responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of critical business applications in a production environment.
