Mission and key responsibilities are as below:\nMission:\nTo ensure the reliability and safe operation of cranes and heavy equipment by performing electrical inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. The role works closely with the Mechanic to minimize equipment downtime and ensure all electrical and safety systems function properly.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on the electrical systems of cranes and heavy equipment.\nInstall, calibrate, maintain, and upgrade all wiring, fixtures, control equipment, motors, pumps, and automated systems according to proper standards and specifications on mains and mobile equipment.\nConduct routine inspections, perform preventive maintenance, and repair or replace faulty electrical components, fuses, switches, sensors, motors and actuators in machinery.\nDiagnose and troubleshoot electrical failures AC & DC malfunctions, and power outages in equipment and systems.\nCoordinate with Mechanics on faults involving electrical, mechanical, and hydraulics systems.\nRead and interpret technical diagrams, and schematics to understand wiring layouts and equipment functionality.\nRespond promptly to electrical emergencies, such as power outages, and faults to minimize operational disruptions.\nRecord maintenance activities, repairs, spare parts used, and equipment conditions.\nComply with company safety procedures and maintain tools and the work area properly.\nSkills:\nStrong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment.\nAttention to detail, accuracy, and good manual dexterity\nAwareness of safety protocols and electrical codes\nExperience with automated systems and control equipment.\nComputer literate\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics engineering or minimum High School / Vocational School with a relevant certificate.\n3-5 years’ experience in a similar role. \nExperience in electro- mechanical, electro - hydraulic systems and circuitry \nExperience on Gensets, Heavy construction and foundation machinery\nExcellent verbal and written command of English.\nMenard Asia is part of the Menard Group, a world specialist in ground improvement.
