400kV and will complete the Omexom Supervisor’s course.\nThe Construction Manager will also possess:\nA proven site management track record with the ability to execute critical tasks in real time.\n\nA sound knowledge of H&S and risk assessments\n\nThe ability to plan works in the most efficient manner.\n\nThe ability to manage and motivate industrial staff.\n\nThe ability to put the customer at the center of decision making.\n\nThe ability to engage at a specific and detailed level with key tasks, evidenced by those tasks being executed in a highly efficient manner.\n\nPersonal integrity, resilience and the robustness needed to operate in a fast changing contracting environment.\n\nCompetencies\nRequired skills, knowledge, and abilities:\nThe Construction Manager will be an excellent communicator with all stakeholders\n\nLeadership skills\n\nStrong Team Working skills\n\nCustomer and commercially focused\n\nPlanning/organisational skills\n\nResource management skills\n\nFlexibility and adaptability to Change\n\nValues\nIn line with Omexom’s values, the jobholder must have the following qualities:\nTeam Spirit & Generosity -
