$30M.\nYou will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and profitably, while providing technical expertise and leadership across multiple teams and stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and support Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams across multiple projects\nDrive performance across safety, programme, quality, and commercial outcomes\nManage and optimise labour resourcing across projects\nOversee planning to ensure projects are effectively set up and delivered on schedule\nContribute to monthly performance reporting and forecasting\nLead contract administration, risk, and opportunity management activities\nSupport procurement and subcontractor engagement strategies\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships\nEnsure adherence to Freyssinet and VINCI systems, processes, and safety standards\nCollaborate on Industrial Relations matters where required\nAbout You\nWe are seeking candidates who are ready to take the next step into Construction Management, bringing both strong technical capability and leadership potential.\nDegree qualified in Civil Engineering (or related discipline)\nExperience delivering civil infrastructure projects, ideally including bridge construction or strengthening\nProven delivery experience on projects in the $5M -
