committees\nDevelop and maintain Examination, Inspection, Maintenance & Testing (EIMT) schedules and associated procedures\nProduce and assess Periodic Review of Safety (PRS) reports\nProvide technical advice and direction to internal and external stakeholders\nProduce scopes of work for Independent Technical Assessments and Independent Peer Reviews\nApply general and specialist civil/structural engineering knowledge, including emerging technologies\nUndertake design, assessment and through-life support of assets within a nuclear/high-risk environment\nProduce robust technical justifications for civil/structural design modifications\nReview external contractor submissions, safety cases and technical reports\nCheck and peer-review calculations and technical documentation produced by colleagues\nOccupational Skills and Knowledge\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in the design and assessment of reinforced concrete and steel structures subject to dynamic loading (e.g. seismic, blast, wind, snow and environmental loads)\nExperience working with reinforced concrete structures Proven ability to produce robust technical justifications for design modifications in a high-hazard industry\nExperience applying theoretical and practical engineering methods throughout the full asset lifecycle\nAbility to combine general and specialist engineering knowledge in complex environments\nStrong knowledge of British Standards, Eurocodes, and relevant structural design
