Design Coordinator

Join the Deep-Water Intake Group, a joint venture of multiple subsidiaries of the VINCI Group, as a Design Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating technical activities across the project, ensuring technical accuracy and feasibility, monitoring progress, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. You will also prepare technical reports, monitor construction activities, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements. A civil or structural engineering degree and 2-3 years of experience in a similar function are required.

Missions

• Coordination of technical activities and processes between different internal stakeholders including engineers, designers, buyers, and project leaders.
• Reviewing project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility, and monitoring progress and performance of technical activities.
• Communicating technical requirements and specifications to relevant stakeholders, responding to technical questions and issues, and providing timely recommendations and resolutions.

Profil recherché

Your skills:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar function
• Civil or structural engineer degree
• Ability to communicate with cross-functional and external stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Acute detail orientation with the ability to make and propose corrections
