ILIOS - Project Manager

Join ILIOS, the Construction Partner for the UK's STEP fusion programme. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects while ensuring they meet agreed objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will be the central point of communication between stakeholders, project teams, suppliers, and senior leadership, managing resources, risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.

Missions

• Accountable for all aspects of project delivery including definition, design, procurement, manufacture, construction and commissioning.
• Establish and maintain the project baseline budget and schedule, develop and align the WBS, CBS and OBS structures.
• Monitor project costs, commitments, resources, schedule and scope, implementing corrective actions where required.

Profil recherché

Qualifications, experience and skills:

• A qualification within either an engineering or business related field.
• Project Management related qualification and APM membership, working towards chartership
• Demonstrates competent professional standards of behaviour and compliance with legal and technical requirements.
• Demonstrates competent commercial awareness and the ability to negotiate with Clients and improve Nuvia’s commercial position within contracts.
• 3 years’ experience in Project Management as a Project / Senior Project Engineer.
• Demonstrable experience in engineering or construction project delivery, with demonstrable competence gained in a project management position.
• Can deliver project management expertise, leadership, problem solving and conflict management skills to a competent level.
• A full UK driver’s license
