This enables us to drive innovation, efficiency, and sustainability for our clients-while never compromising on what matters most: Safety Excellence.\nPosition Summary\nThe FEED Engineer will be responsible for Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) activities for industrial automation and digitalization projects. The role involves developing automation concepts, defining system architecture, estimating project scope, and supporting customers during the pre-project and engineering phases.\nKey Responsibilities\n· Execute FEED studies for industrial automation, process automation, and manufacturing solutions.\n· Develop control system architecture for PLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI, MES, IIoT, and Industry 4.0 projects.\n· Conduct requirement gathering, site surveys, and technical discussions with customers.\n· Prepare functional design specifications, automation concepts, and engineering deliverables.\n· Define I/O lists, network architecture, control philosophy, and automation strategies.\n· Support sales and business development teams during bid and tender stages.\n· Coordinate with process, electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, and project engineering teams.\n· Identify project risks, assumptions, constraints, and mitigation plans during FEED stage.\n· Ensure compliance with industrial standards, safety requirements, and customer specifications.\nRequired Qualifications\n· Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.\n· 8+ years of experience in Industrial Automation, Engineering, System Integration, or Project Engineering.\n· Experience in FEED, conceptual engineering, basic engineering, or detailed engineering activities.\nTechnical Skills\n· PLC Platforms: Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric, Mitsubishi, Omron, B&R.\n· SCADA/HMI: WinCC, Wonderware, Ignition, AVEVA, FactoryTalk, Citect.\n· DCS Systems: Siemens PCS7, ABB, Yokogawa, Emerson DeltaV, Honeywell.\n· Industrial Networks: Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP, OPC-UA.\n· Knowledge of instrumentation, drives, motion control, robotics, and safety systems.\n· Experience in engineering standards, FAT, SAT, and commissioning methodologies.\nPreferred Experience\n· Process industries, manufacturing plants, water treatment, food & beverage, chemicals, energy, or automotive projects.\n· Industrial digitalization, MES, predictive maintenance, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.\n· Global project execution and customer-facing engineering roles.\nKey Competencies\n· Technical leadership and solution development.\n· Proposal engineering and estimation.\n· Stakeholder management and customer engagement.\n· Problem-solving and analytical thinking.\n· Project planning and risk assessment.\n· Effective communication and documentation skills.\nWhy Join Actemium?\nAt Actemium, you build a career with purpose.\nBe part of VINCI Energies, a globally respected organization driven by strong human-centric values\n\nExperience a culture of entrepreneurship and empowerment, where ideas are encouraged and ownership is trusted\n\nWork on industry-defining projects with global exposure and local impact\n\nGrow in an environment that prioritizes safety, responsibility, collaboration, and sustainable development\n\nJoin Actemium.
