In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fire and gas detection systems, ensuring the highest standards of reliability and safety across both operational and project environments.\nResponsibilites\nnstallation & Commissioning:\nInstall fire and gas detection systems, including sensors, detectors, alarms, and control panels.\n\nAssist in commissioning and functional testing of new systems.\n\nMaintenance & Calibration:\nPerform routine preventive maintenance and calibration of fire and gas detection devices.\n\nEnsure all equipment operates within manufacturer specifications and safety standards.\n\nTroubleshooting & Repairs:\nDiagnose faults in fire and gas systems and carry out corrective actions promptly.\n\nReplace defective components and restore systems to operational status.\n\nCompliance & Documentation:\nMaintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and maintenance activities.\n\nEnsure compliance with refinery safety procedures, international standards (e.g., NFPA, API), and local regulations.\n\nSafety & Emergency Support:\nRespond to emergency situations involving fire and gas alarms.\n\nSupport safety audits and participate in hazard analysis activities.\n\nProfile\nDiploma or Technical Certificate in Instrumentation, Electrical, or related field.\n\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in fire and gas systems within oil & gas or refinery environment.\n\nKnowledge of fire detection technologies, gas detection principles, and control systems.\n\nFamiliarity with safety standards and hazardous area
