The assignment is expected to last three months.\nJob Responsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain the HSE Plan and existing HSE Manual,\n\nTo develop and implement the specific Project HSE Plan for the respective project,\n\nTo implement, review, update and improve the HSE Management system.\n\nTo improve HSE awareness amongst the workforces.\n\nPromotes safety & quality to all personnel within his organization;\n\nTo provide Induction for the new employees, issue Safety Alert / Daily Toolbox Talk\n\nTo organise the Company Safety Incentive Programme.\n\nTo conduct Internal audit /second party Audits monitoring and effective closure of findings.\n\nSubcontractor Approval, audits and measuring performance.\n\nMaintain evaluation of compliance and update of Legal and other requirements related to, Health, Safety & Environment.\n\nInternal Audits (Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and closeout as per the schedule).\n\nHSE Internal Trainings -basic firefighting training, first aid, etc… And conduct regular drills as stipulated in the drill plan.\n\nTo lead Emergency Response Team and assist in the operation.\n\nSafety Briefing / Induction for visitors.\n\nTo conduct Risk Assessment for the different projects\n\nTo take part in the incident investigations and HSE studies like HZAOP, HAZID, SAFOPS etc…\n\nProfile:\nProven offshore experience in the Middle East.\n\nADNOC Offshore approval is mandatory.\n\n3 to 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects in the Middle East.\n\nDiploma or Bachelor's degree in a technical field.\n\nImmediate availability is required.\n\nSkills\nIOSH and NEBOSH certified (mandatory).\n\nKnowledge of ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.\n\nFamiliarity with ADNOC standards and ADNOC Life Saving Rules
