Central point of communication between stakeholders, project teams, suppliers, and senior leadership, managing resources, risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle. The Package Manager will have accountability for the project schedules, progress, decision-making, and mitigation or resolution of risks and issues.\nResponsibilities:\nDelivery accountability\nAccountable for all aspects of project delivery including definition, design, procurement, manufacture, construction and commissioning.\nAccountable for project financial performance.\nLaunches the Project\nMobilise the project team, define roles and responsibilities, and secure suitably qualified resources.\nDevelop, agree and communicate the Project Management Plan, key deliverables schedule, and governance controls.\nEstablishes Schedule, Budgets and Sets Up Project Cost Control\nEstablish and maintain the project baseline budget and schedule.\nDevelop and align the WBS, CBS and OBS structures.\nProcurement and Subcontract Management\nManage enquiry specifications and procurement activities in line with project delivery strategies.\nEvaluate tenders, assess supplier performance and costs, and award subcontracts.\nMonitor, Control, Report Project Costs, Resources, Schedule and Scope\nMonitor project costs, commitments, resources, schedule and scope, implementing corrective actions where required.\nLead regular customer and internal progress reviews, reporting project status and forecasts.\nSupervise Project Teams to Achieve Project Safety, Quality and Delivery Strategy Requirements\nLead and supervise project teams in accordance with company standards and the Project Management Plan.\nEnsure delivery of project objectives, including safety, quality and performance requirements.\nAssess and Mitigate Project Risks\nIdentify, assess and maintain project risks and opportunities.\nDevelop and implement effective risk mitigation and management strategies.\nQualifications, experience and skills:\nA qualification within either an engineering or business related field.\nProject Management related qualification and APM membership, working towards chartership\nDemonstrates competent professional standards of behaviour and compliance with legal and technical requirements.\nDemonstrates competent commercial awareness and the ability to negotiate with Clients and improve Nuvia’s commercial position within contracts.\n3 years’ experience in Project Management as a Project / Senior Project Engineer.\nDemonstrable experience in engineering or construction project delivery, with demonstrable competence gained in a project management position.\nCan deliver project management expertise, leadership, problem solving and
