4/4 (4 weeks on/4 weeks off), based on seven (7) worked days per week, with twelve (12) hours of work per day\nLanguages: English-speaking working environment\nDESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES:\nThe scope of SERVICES includes:\nProviding offshore logistics coordination and supervision in support of the GranMorgu Development Project and associated offshore operations.\nActing as the Company focal point offshore for the coordination of marine, aviation and cargo logistics activities.\nCoordinating personnel transportation, cargo transportation, vessel schedules and logistics priorities between offshore installations and the onshore logistics organization.\nEnsuring the efficient utilization of logistics resources, including supply vessels, helicopters, cargo carrying units (CCUs), bulks.\nCoordinating logistics interfaces between Operations, Drilling, HSE, Contractors onboard the RIG.\nSupporting safe, compliant and cost-effective execution of offshore logistics activities in accordance with Company standards and procedures.\nMonitoring logistics, operational readiness and potential constraints, while ensuring continuity of offshore operations.\nSPECIFIC ACTIVITIES:\nThe designated CONTRACTOR’s PERSONNEL will be required to:\nHSE\nPromote and enforce the Company HSE culture offshore.\nEnsure compliance with Company logistics standards, marine and aero procedures, and applicable regulations.\nConduct regular inspections, safety meetings.\nSupport emergency response activities and act as logistics focal point for offshore logistics support during emergencies.\nEnsure compliance with Company requirements.\nInitiate and manage logistics-related Management of Change processes when required\nOperational\nAct as the offshore logistics representative and maintain continuous coordination with the onshore logistics team.\nCoordinate cargo movements and offshore logistics priorities.\nInterface with vessel masters, helicopter crew, drilling supervisors, contractors and offshore teams to ensure efficient logistics execution.\nCoordinate loading and discharge operations.\nEnsure cargo manifests, pre-manifests and logistics records are properly maintained and updated in KABAL.\nMonitor offshore inventories for CCUs and communicate anticipated shortages.\nCoordinate offshore helicopter logistics activities and ensure compliance with aviation procedures and operational requirements.\nParticipate in daily operational meetings and logistics coordination meetings.\nEnsure Company logistics procedures are consistently implemented offshore.\nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED\n· Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations, marine logistics coordination or offshore support activities, material management.\n· Experience supporting drilling, completion, construction or offshore production operations.\n· Knowledge of offshore cargo logistics, vessel operations, manifests and material tracking processes.\n· Experience with logistics planning and logistics management systems (KABAL or equivalent).\n· Valid offshore medical certification.\n· BOSIET certification preferred\n· Fluent English.\n· Strong
