clients operating in a critical infrastructure environment in Abu Dhabi.\nThe role focuses on cybersecurity risk management, compliance, and governance for Operational Technology (OT) environments, ensuring alignment with group policies, industrial standards, and regulatory requirements.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSecurity Risk & Compliance\nDevelop, maintain, and update information security procedures and guidelines applicable to OT environments.\n\nEnsure compliance with group cybersecurity policies, standards, manuals, and procedures across industrial systems.\n\nSupport the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ISMS, with a strong focus on OT and industrial control systems.\n\nWork closely with internal stakeholders to identify cybersecurity risks, perform risk assessments, and define risk mitigation actions for OT assets.\n\nMonitor and follow up on risk treatment plans, ensuring timely closure of identified gaps.\n\nAudit & Incident Management\nConduct internal cybersecurity audits and coordinate external audits related to OT security and compliance.\n\nAnalyze security incidents impacting OT environments and provide recommendations for corrective actions.\n\nCommunicate effectively with relevant stakeholders to address vulnerabilities, risks, and compliance findings.\n\nRegulatory & Standards Compliance\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and international cybersecurity standards applicable to OT environments.\n\nLiaise with third-party vendors and stakeholders to ensure alignment with ISMS and cybersecurity compliance requirements.\n\nStay informed on industry developments, standards evolution, and emerging cybersecurity risks relevant to OT and critical infrastructure.\n\nProfessional Experience\nMinimum 6 years of experience in Cybersecurity, with a strong focus on OT / ICS / SCADA environments.\nProven experience in risk management, compliance, ISMS implementation, and audits within industrial or critical infrastructure contexts.\nFluent in English and Arabic\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.\nCertifications\nOne or more of the following certifications are strongly preferred:\nCISA\n\nIEC 62443\n\nGICSP\n\nISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor\n\nCRISC\n\nWhy join us ?\nOur
