It draws together key milestones; critical dates and interdependencies between stakeholders and Operational plans/programmes.\nTasks:\nCollate data from multiple sources to integration into required P6 Resource loaded schedules.\nExtensive KSH engagement over cross-organisational boundaries.\nDevelop and manage individual Site Director’s Primavera P6 plans as required.\nAnalyse, challenge and report discrepancies, risks, issues and opportunities within the integrated plans to ensure timely mitigation and VFM solutions.\nDevelop and manage a monthly integrated infra plan to provide an overall strategic picture.\nDemonstrate cause and effect and run mitigation scenarios as required\nWork with NC, Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure one version of the truth which is robust and realistic.\nEngage with Engineering and Compliance groups and be able to identify their tasks and how they interact.\nCommunicate effectively across the whole site.\nCompile monthly reports on progress, change, cause and effect and mitigation measures.\nSubmit Infra integrated plan into strategic plan on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and robustness.\nPosition Requirements:\nEssential:\nPrimavera (P6) knowledge.\nAbility to work on own initiative to develop programmes with the Project Team.\nExperienced in planning across all stages of the project lifecycle.\nExperienced in monthly programme updating and reporting.\nExperienced in the monthly review and assessment of supplier schedules.\nGood understanding of risk and opportunity management with reference to planning & programming.\nExperience of working in a client environment.\nAble to communicate professionally and effectively with a variety of Stakeholders.\nGood commercial awareness.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular;
