Working closely with project teams, delivery partners and key stakeholders, you will assist in identifying, assessing, monitoring and reporting project risks, opportunities, assumptions and exclusions to support successful project delivery and informed decision-making.\nYou will be responsible for maintaining the ARM (Active Risk Manager) system, ensuring project risk registers and associated risk, opportunity, assumptions and exclusion logs are accurate and up to date. You will support the monthly risk review process by coordinating risk reviews, facilitating risk workshops where appropriate, updating actions and producing reporting and analysis to support effective project governance and decision-making.\nResponsibilities & Duties:\nKey Duties include, but are not limited to:\nSupport the Risk Manager in delivering risk management activities across multiple projects.\n\nMaintain project risk registers and associated risk, opportunity, assumptions and exclusion logs withing the ARM (Active Risk Manager) system, ensuring information is accurate, current and complete.\n\nWork collaboratively with project managers, project teams, delivery partners and stakeholders to support the identification, assessment, and ongoing management of project risks, opportunities, assumptions and exclusions.\n\nCoordinate and support monthly project risk review meetings, including preparing for risk reviews, facilitating workshops where appropriate, recording outputs and tracking actions.\n\nEnsure actions arising from risk reviews and workshops are monitored and progressed to completion.\n\nSupport the preparation of the monthly risk reporting pack by collating, validating and maintaining project risk information.\n\nSupport the preparation of risk information for project meetings, governance reviews and client reporting as required.\n\nPerson Specification:\nEssential Qualifications:\nNo formal risk management qualification is required. Relevant experience and a practical understanding of project risk management will be considered in place of formal qualifications.\n\nEssential Experience:\nExperience working within a project environment, ideally within infrastructure, construction or the energy sector.\n\nExperience supporting project risk management, project controls, PMO or a similar project support function.\n\nExperience maintaining project risk registers or similar project governance documentation.\n\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across several projects.\n\nGood communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\n\nGood analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\n\nDesired Experience:\nExperience using ARM (Active Risk Manager) or similar enterprise risk management system.\n\nExperience supporting or facilitating project risk review meetings or workshops.\n\nKnowledge of project risk management principles and governance.\n\nGeneral\nThis is a flexible based role with frequent travel to site and attendance at project progress meetings as required throughout the UK, therefore a full UK Driving Licence is a requirement of this role.\nInterfaces and relationships with key stakeholders:\nProject managers and Project teams\nDelivery partners\nBusiness Unit General Manager\nClients and customers\nTeam members\nValues\nIn line with Omexom’s values, the jobholder must possess the following qualities:\nTeam Spirit & Generosity -
