You'll work closely with the PM and report directly into state leadership.\nProject Manager\nYou'll own the full project lifecycle safety, program, cost, client, and team. You'll be commercially accountable for projects up to $10M+, managing the SPE and site teams beneath you while maintaining direct client and consultant relationships.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nDelivering structural remedial works across VIC - concrete repair, steel strengthening, building and infrastructure assets\nManaging program, cost control, subcontractor performance, and quality outcomes\nEngaging clients and consultants with technical credibility\nIdentifying and managing risk before it becomes a problem\nDriving a zero-harm safety culture\nAccurate reporting, forecasting, and variation management\nWhat You'll Bring\nSenior Project Engineer\nDegree in Civil or Structural Engineering\n5+ years in construction, with on-site delivery experience in civil, remedial, or structural works\nStrong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications\nOrganised, technically sharp, and ready to step up commercially\nProject Manager\nDegree in Engineering or Construction Management\n8+ years in construction, with proven PM or senior site leadership experience\nTrack record delivering projects $5M-$10M+\nCommercially astute contracts, claims, cost management\nStrong communicator at all levels client, consultant, and site\nWhy Freyssinet?\nSpecialist structural remedial, concrete repair, post-tensioning, strengthening.
