This will involve:\n- A 1.5 km-long tunnel, built by a pressurized TBM (10.5 m diameter slurry TBM);\n- Two vertical shafts (onshore and offshore);\n- An offshore modular intake structure, resting on the lake bed.\nThe project is distinguished by its proximity to an active nuclear site, requiring rigorous standards of safety, planning and coordination.\nWhat you will do:\nReporting to the Project Contracts Manager, the Subcontract Administrator is responsible for monitoring subcontract performance through continuous progress reviews of each subcontract, including invoicing, forecasting, negotiation and the formalization of Change Orders, claims analysis, and the proactive communication of project challenges. They will help ensure subcontract compliance with project requirements and support successful project execution.\nConcretely, your tasks will be:\nMaintain effective relationships with subcontractors;\nSupport project leadership in developing and implementing strategies for the safe and successful execution of the project;\nLead the administration and closeout of contracts and service agreements throughout their lifecycle;\nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, contractual obligations, and project requirements;\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks, providing recommendations to project leadership;\nEstablish and manage processes to monitor contract compliance, performance, changes, claims, and dispute resolution;\nLead the negotiation and resolution of change events, claims, and disputes, coordinating with Legal and other functions as required;\nManage contract budgets, monitor subcontractor site progress and quantities performed, and track performance against project objectives.\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;\n3-8 years of experience in contracts, subcontracts, procurement, or commercial management within the engineering and construction industry;\nStrong knowledge of contract law, subcontract pricing, pre-award negotiations, subcontract drafting, and subcontract administration;\nWorking knowledge of engineering and construction subcontracting practices, commercial terms, and applicable regulations;\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);\nExcellent analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across
