Celle-ci est en charge de la supervision, du contrôle et de la surveillance d’exploitation. Le périmètre concerné est applicatif et système.\n Missions :\n Qualification/routage des incidents : confirmer réalité de l’événement (faux positif)\nCorrélation événement\nEnregistrement de l’incident/Ouverture du ticket d’incident\nEscalade/déclenchement si incident majeur\nPremiers gestes techniques sur base de fiche consigne (N1)\nPrise en charge de demandes de services (sur la base de fiches consignes) dans le cadre d’opération planifiées ou dans le cadre du Run\nParticipation aux tests bout en bout pour toute extension de périmètre\nMises à jour, traçabilité des interventions, acquittement des événements (alarmes)\nApplication des consignes\nForce de proposition pour amélioration continue :\no Sur la supervision/les alarmes\n o Procédures N1 (modification et/ou proposition de nouvelles procédures\n Construction des dashboards et reportings\nTraiter les demandes de confidentialité\nEnvironnement technique :\n Ordonnancement (expert) : IWS, Autosys\nServeurs d'application : Websphere, JBOSS, Apache\nTransfert : NETBACKUP / CFT / Rubrik\nSupervision : Centreon, Dynatrace, Grafana\nITSM : Service Now (GOT, PLUME), POST.IT\nOutils : Openshift (OCP 3&4), GIT, Jenkins, Promotheus,, Kibana, Kubernetes, Docker, JIRA, Wiki, Confluence\nDatacenter : SSPI, HPI, ITAAS\nSTCA : EAI, STMC, SLIB, LST\nSocles techniques : Beeware, WAS, Socle batch, Akamai\n Compétences et expériences :\n Expérience préalable en support technique ou en service client\nUne bonne connaissance des systèmes d’information.\nMaîtrise les systèmes d’exploitation (Linux/Unix, Windows, Windows server) ainsi que le cloud computing.\nCompétences en diagnostic et résolution de Incidents\nExcellente capacité d'analyse pour diagnostiquer rapidement les Incidents.\nTrès bonne connaissance des environnements IT.\nAvoir le sens du service et de la relation client\nÊtre force de proposition pour l’amélioration continue de la qualité de service\nCapacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.\nCompréhension et expérience sur des pratiques ITIL\nExcellentes compétences en communication\nBonne capacité
