The candidate must have strong Retail and E-commerce domain experience and the ability to understand end-to-end commerce processes and translate business requirements into technology solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead customer discovery sessions and understand business processes, pain points and technology requirements.\n\n- Design end-to-end solutions across the product suite.\n\n- Conduct product demonstrations, solution workshops and POCs.\n\n- Prepare RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, presentations, effort estimates and solution documentation.\n\n- Work closely with Sales, Product, Delivery, Technology and Customer Success teams throughout the sales cycle.\n\n- Identify product fit, configuration, customisation, integration and implementation requirements.\n\n- Handle complex enterprise and regional opportunities independently.\n\n- Present solution architecture and business value to CXO, business and technology stakeholders.\n\n- Keep abreast of Retail, E-commerce, Marketplace and Omnichannel technology trends.\n\nProduct Exposure :\n\nThe candidate should be able to understand and position the broader commerce technology portfolio, including PIM, WMS, OMS, Omni Store, Reconciliation, Integration engine, and Analytics.\n\nMandatory Experience :\n\n- 5 -
