This position will put you at the heart of the project team and involves a variety of responsibilities that ensure the smooth production and delivery of our shows to the client.\nWe operate on a hybrid basis, so applicants must be able to work from one of our studio locations a minimum of 3x days per week.\nPlease note, this opportunity is only available to those already situated in the UK. This is a fixed term contract position with a possibility for extension.\nKey responsibilities and requirements:\nWorking closely with show Producer and Supervisors to maintain an accurate project schedule.\n\nManaging project milestones and deliverables, ensuring that targets are hit to deliver projects on time and on budget.\n\nLeading dailies sessions and reviews both internally and externally.\n\nManaging a team of artists ensuring smooth communication for progress and briefings.\n\nPrepping shot deliveries to send to clients.\n\nResponsible for managing feedback distribution through the appropriate channels.\n\nSupporting internal documentation maintenance.\n\nAttending spotting sessions and reviews, general note-taking and task distribution.\n\nProficient in the use of Autodesk Flow Production Tracking (Shotgrid)\n\nWorking closely with Editorial depts (internally and externally) for problem solving and general communication.\n\nWe are looking for someone with great organisation, project management and problem-solving skills.
