The role also involvescollaborating with clients, stakeholders, and operations teams to deliverhigh-quality technical solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nApplication Development & AI Integration\nDesign, develop, deploy, and maintain end-to-end full-stack web applications.\nIntegrate Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and agentic workflows into user-facing applications.\nDevelop backend services and APIs using technologies such as Java, Python, Spring, Quarkus, FastAPI, and Node.js.\nBuild frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks, such as React.\nDesign and integrate REST APIs, GraphQL services, and messaging solutions.\nWork with relational databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server.\nApply software engineering best practices to ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and maintainability.\nCloud Engineering & DevSecOps\nDeploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\nImplement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.\nApply containerisation and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.\nManage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.\nImplement version control, automated testing, and GitOps practices.\nApply secure-by-design principles, including identity and access management, secrets management, and least-privilege access.\nMonitor application performance and system reliability through logging, alerting, and observability practices.\nClient Delivery & Technical Support\nAct as a technical point of contact for system issues, working closely with clients and operations teams to investigate and resolve problems.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions effectively.\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and other relevant project documentation.\nCommunicate technical concepts and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nContinuously improve technical knowledge and stay updated on developments in AI, cloud engineering, and software development.\nRequirements\n5–7 years of relevant experience in software engineering, full-stack development, cloud engineering, or a related technical field.\nHands-on experience building and deploying production-grade full-stack applications, including AI/GenAI workloads.\nExperience integrating LLMs, RAG, AI services, AI agents, or agentic workflows into applications.\nStrong backend development skills in at least one programming language, such as Java or Python.\nExperience with at least one modern JavaScript framework and full-stack application development.\nStrong understanding of API design, integration, and relational database modelling.\nHands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nAt least 3 years of implementation experience in CI/CD, containerisation, Infrastructure as Code, version control, and automated testing.\nExperience with transactional databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.\nFamiliarity with AI/ML concepts and the integration of AI services into software applications.\nKnowledge of application security, cloud security, access management, and secure development practices.\nGood troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.\nA proactive, curious mindset and a strong willingness to learn and grow.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working with financial services or public sector clients.\nRelevant cloud or technical certifications, such as AWS Solutions Architect or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD).\nExperience supporting production systems and resolving application or infrastructure issues.\nSkills\nTableau,
