Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll help ensure vehicles are finished to an excellent standard and ready for customers as efficiently as possible.\nWhat you will be doing:\nCarry out SMART repairs, including paintwork, light filling and minor dent removal\nRefurbish and repair alloy wheels\nPrepare, mask, paint, lacquer, polish and finish vehicles to a high standard \nInspect vehicles and identify any additional repair work required \nWork efficiently to meet turnaround times without compromising on quality \nAccurately record completed work and repair times\nTake care of vehicles while they are in the Bodyshop \nKeep your work area clean, organised and compliant with health & safety requirements\nSupport the wider team with additional duties when required \nWhat We're Looking For:\nAt least 3 years' SMART Repair experience\nGlass repair, interior trim and PDR experience is preferred but not essential\nStrong knowledge of SMART repair techniques and alloy wheel refurbishment \nExperience in paint mixing, preparation, masking, painting and machine polishing \nAbility to work at pace while maintaining excellent standards \nA keen eye for detail and pride in producing a high-quality finish \nA flexible, positive and proactive approach \nA collaborative and organised approach to tasks \nConfidence working independently and using your own initiative \nA
