The ideal Customer Care Representative will be an enthusiastic member of a high-energy team. This position calls for an exceptional eye for detail as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-past environment. Customer Care Representatives are responsible for maintaining relationships with customers, so strong communication skills are essential. Candidates who enjoy Arnold Palmers during the day and participating in basketball games at night are encouraged to apply.\nKey Responsibilities:\nBe responsible for communicating with our customers via phone, email, and in person regarding online/phone orders, issues, and experiences \nResolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.\nAttract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.\nOpen customer accounts by recording account information. \nRecommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs \nAssist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges. \nUnderstand and implement exceptional customer experiences with
