across R&D,product development, and manufacturing projects.\n\nClosely monitor critical milestones (Data Release, SOR, SOB, Tooling Kick-off, ETD/ETA of parts); proactively identify and escalate supply chain risks.\nCoordinate with Purchasing, Engineering (R&D), Logistics, and Quality Management teams to resolve issues and ensure parts are delivered on schedule to support project development milestones\nPrepare executive-levelreports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance and highlight risks/issues.\n\nFacilitate project reviews,stage-gate meetings, and risk assessments.\n\nEnsure alignment betweenproject objectives and organizational goals.\n\nDrive continuousimprovement in project governance and delivery.\n\nCoordinate withcross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, quality, and\nsuppliers.\n\nHelp build a project culture thatis data-driven, collaborative, and execution-focused.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree inEngineering, Business, or related field.\n\n5+ years of experience in aPMO or project management role.\n\nProficient in MS Project, JIRA, or other project management tools.\nFamiliarity with automotivedevelopment life cycles (e.g., V-Model, ASPICE, A-SPDP).\n\nStrong analytical,organizational, and communication skills.\n\nExperience in projectfinancial tracking, risk management, and change control.\n\nStrong analytical and reportingskills using Excel, Power BI, or Google Sheets.\n\nCompetent in English, bothwritten and verbal\n\nResults-oriented withability to plan and deliver against project deadlines\n\nResilient,
