In addition, VinFast provides everybody with the opportunity to use smart EVs while contributing to the creation of a smart, green, and sustainable futureResponsibilities: Build and maintain high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot Map and document current AS-IS architecture Identify pain points, bottlenecks and critical dependencies Design TO-BE architecture that is scalable, event-driven, secure and resilient Produce detailed sequence, dataflow and diagrams for every business domain Recommend service refactoring, merging or retirement based on scalability, maintainability and alignment to business domains Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, DevOps, Vehicle) to deliver scalable solutions Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields - Deep expertise in Java & Spring Boot (including Spring Security and Spring Cloud/Microservices). - Proven experience in REST API design, versioning strategies, and documentation. - Deep understanding of microservices, domain-driven design, event-driven architecture - Hands-on experience with messaging protocols/tools (Kafka, MQTT) and Identity/Access Management architecture (OAuth2, OIDC). - Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical blueprints using Sequence, Data Flow, and Component diagrams - Advanced SQL knowledge (PostgreSQL/MySQL), including schema normalization, indexing, and query optimization. - Experience with enterprise integrations, including CRM, SAP, and third-party Payment Gateways - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to simplify complex technical topics for both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Cloud Infrastructure (AWS): Proficiency in core AWS services Compute/Orchestration: EC2, Lambda, EKS/ECS. Data/Messaging: S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Kinesis, API Gateway.
