Đảm bảo chất lượng tổng thể của sản phẩm Trợ lý ảo (hoặc tương đương) trên ô tô thông qua việc thiết kế, thực hiện và báo cáo các kịch bản kiểm thử về chức năng, hiệu năng và trải nghiệm người dùng. Đồng thời phối hợp chặt chẽ với các nhóm Phát triển, AI/ML, UX/UI và các nhóm kỹ thuật trên xe nhằm đảm bảo sản phẩm đạt chất lượng trước khi phát hành. Nhiệm vụ chính 1. Thiết kế và thực thi Test CaseViết và cập nhật các Test Case chi tiết cho các tính năng của Trợ lý ảo: o Nhận lệnh điều khiển xe o Hỏi đáp thông tin o Tương tác tự nhiên o Cá nhân hóa người dùng\nThực hiện kiểm thử trên: o Thiết bị thực tế (IVI, xe thật) o Môi trường mô phỏng (Emulator, HMI Test Bench) 2. Kiểm thử đa nền tảng và đa ngôn ngữ\nĐảm bảo Trợ lý ảo hoạt động ổn định trên nhiều dòng xe và cấu hình phần cứng khác nhau.\nKiểm thử: o Tiếng Việt o Tiếng Anh o Giọng nói vùng miền o Các tình huống mất kết nối mạng 3. Kiểm thử hội thoại và AI\nKiểm thử: o Độ chính xác của NLP o Khả năng nhận diện ý định (Intent Recognition) o Quản lý ngữ cảnh o Hội thoại nhiều lượt (Multi-turn Conversation)\nGhi nhận các lỗi: o Logic o Phản hồi không tự nhiên o Phản hồi sai hoặc có nguy cơ ảnh hưởng đến an toàn 4. Tự động hóa kiểm thử.\nĐề xuất hoặc phát triển Framework Test Automation cho UI hoặc API.\nThực hiện kiểm tra: o Backend o Log hệ thống o Luồng xử lý o Dữ liệu đầu ra (JSON) 5. Quản lý lỗi và báo cáo chất lượng\nGhi nhận lỗi trên các hệ thống quản lý như: o Jira o Redmine\nTheo dõi tiến độ xử lý lỗi.\nLập báo cáo chất lượng định kỳ.\nPhân tích xu hướng lỗi và đề xuất các cải tiến. 6.
