prospecting, cold calling, networking, and customer visits.\nPromote and sell commodity polymers, primarily PP and PE, to manufacturers, converters, and industrial customers.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.\nUnderstand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and commercial solutions.\nPrepare quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.\nMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing developments to identify commercial opportunities.\nDevelop and maintain an active sales pipeline to achieve established sales targets.\nCollaborate with internal purchasing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.\nTravel throughout assigned markets to develop business and strengthen customer relationships.\nRequirements\nFluency in German, Dutch, and English is required.\nBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field preferred.\nRecent university graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of sales or commercial experience are encouraged to apply.\nPrevious experience in polymers, plastics, chemicals, or B2B sales is an advantage but not required.\nStrong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.\nConfident, outgoing personality with a professional presence and natural commercial aptitude.\nHighly motivated, competitive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.\nProactive approach to prospecting, customer acquisition, and pursuing new business opportunities.\nResilience, persistence, and the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage rejection.\nStrong organizational skills, initiative, and willingness to learn.\nWillingness to travel regularly within Northern
